We make these appointments once a semester on our scheduling day. The person will need to call on that day and an appointment will be made for the upcoming semester. The office is open from 9am-5pm. The person can call that day and leave a message if we don’t answer. Messages will be returned in the order they are received. An appointment will be made for a time between mid-January and mid-May. Assessment appointments can last 1-3 sessions, and each session is approximately 3 hours long. A feedback appointment will be made after the student clinician has scored the tests and finished the report. So, the whole process can take up to a month.
We are a training clinic for doctoral students, who are supervised by licensed psychologists. Because our students are not licensed, we cannot accept insurance. The cost of our assessments is $300, made payable cash or check.
