Planning an Event on Campus
The Parking Operations and Security Services Office coordinates all special event parking in college-operated lots.
Our priority is ensuring that parking is available for Students, Faculty and Staff. Many times this will mean extremely limited availability of excess capacity for special events.
We will endeavor to facilitate parking to the best of our ability, however it is critical that we are contacted as far in advance as possible, so that expectations can be discussed and agreed upon.
Parking rule enforcement will not be suspended for any event, therefore prior contact with our office is required.
