Lori coordinates the first-year seminar program, COR 101: The Cortland Experience. She serves as an academic advisor and provides specific outreach and support to Pre-Major students and in the development of Learning Communities. Lori is also involved in Early Alert Initiatives.

Carol provides transfer credit evaluations for new, accepted students and coordinates the permission to transfer credit process for continuing students interested in taking courses at another institution. Carol maintains Cortland's transfer course equivalencies posted on the web charts and within the student information system. She serves as a resource for both students and faculty for questions regarding transfer credit policies and procedures and chairs the Transfer Advisory Committee on campus. Carol also works with the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs in the creation and updating of articulation agreements with our community college partners.

Cheryl serves as an academic advisor, working closely with many Pre-Major students. She provides assistance to non-traditional students - understanding they may face many challenges as they juggle school along with other priorities such as families, jobs and commuting and is the advisor to the Non-Traditional Student Organization (NTSO). She also hosts workshops and produces newsletters to support the needs of non-traditional students.

Emily provides support to transfer students by providing educational and transitional programming for students each semester. She facilitates a seminar course for transfer students and provides updates on the Transfer Student blog. Emily is the chair of the Transfer Success Committee with the goal to assist in educating academic advisors and the campus community about working with the transfer student population. Emily reviews and processes undergraduate permission to transfer credit forms and is available to answer an array of transfer related questions. She is the chapter advisor for Tau Sigma, the National Honor Society for transfer students and also serves as an academic advisor working closely with Pre-Major students.

Tracy coordinates efforts and initiatives to provide support to our graduate student population, including a website, newsletter and informational programming. As an academic advisor, Tracy also works with undergraduate students on a walk-in basis and serves as an advisor for Pre-Major students.

Marinda coordinates the orientation program for new students and the transfer transition seminars for transfer students. She works closely with individuals across campus, including current undergraduate students who serve as Orientation Assistants, to help ease new students transition to SUNY Cortland. Marinda also serves as an academic advisor for Pre-Major students.

Susan serves as the primary advisor for walk-in students. She advises Pre-Major students on academic planning and decision making. She also coordinates and supports the promotion and recruitment of the Teaching Assistants for COR 101: Cortland Experience course. She is also serving as the liaison for the Academic Peer Mentors.
