May I make a transcript request in person?

Absolutely! You may complete the Transcript Request Form at the Registrar's Office counter. In non-peak times, we can offer on-demand (instant pickup) transcripts if you are requesting a single record.  We will also ship to employers or schools on your behalf.

In accord with FERPA, which requires the validation of your identity, we must receive a completed transcript request form with your signature or a validated online order to process your transcript request.
