How To: Grading a Quarter Course

Quarter courses are graded when a course concludes mid-term (see dates and info). Faculty who are grading quarter courses at the midterm are submitting final grades for the course, and will use the final grading tools, as opposed to the midterm-estimate option.  

Mid-semester estimates are only provided for full-term courses.

Error Messages

If your course is not a full term course, and you attempt to enter a mid-semester estimate, you will receive the following error:

If you see this error, and are attempting to grade a quarter course, click the "FINAL GRADES" link located beneath the error message. You will be taken to the final grading page, where you should be able enter final grades.
