Calendar Event

This is a hands-on workshop, so be ready to complete your FAFSA during the program. You will need to have the following information ready prior to the event.

(1) FSA IDs for all contributors - create these HERE (Students will need a separate, non-school email.)
(2) Social security numbers for you and your parent(s) (if your parents have them)
(3) Date of birth – month, day, year - for your parent(s)
(4) Knowledge of your legal parents’ marital status
(5) Record of assets

This workshop will be most useful if you can complete your FAFSA on one device while viewing the webinar on a second device. Therefore, two devices are recommended, if possible.

Registration Details:      This event requires two separate registration processes and a few extra pre and post event action steps.

1.   Register with ACE HERE to receive ACE credit and instructions

2.   Sign up for the FASFA Workshop using the link in your confirmation email

3.   Create a FSA IDs for all contributors - create these HERE (Students will need a separate, non-school email.)

4.   Gather additional information necessary to complete the form:

a.  Social security numbers for you and your parent(s) (if your parents have them

b.  Date of birth – month, day, year - for your parent(s)

c.  Knowledge of your legal parents’ marital status

d.  Record of assets

5.   To receive ACE Credit, fill out the ACE Event Attendance Form. You will need an artifact to complete the form: picture of the fair, registration screen shot, etc…

Drawing on the expertise of many different presenters, these experiences are helpful for 9th-12th graders and their family members. Program topics might include college fairs, financing college, standardized test preparation, college application support, transitioning into college, and more.
