Complete the FSA-4, Foreign Student Financial Statement. |

Submit the required verification documents to support the financial statement |
|
|
Submit official transcripts of all secondary school work you have completed. (English translation and original document required if original is not in English) |

Submit official college transcripts from any colleges you may have attended in the USA or elsewhere in the world |
|
Submit a photocopy of the biographical page from your current passport |
|
Make sure all of the documents are signed where needed and make sure you have entered a major to study on the application. |
