The Registrar's Office is closed on Monday May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. The offic will reopen on Tuesday, May 2 at 8:00 a.m.

- Deadline to Apply for Degree/Indicate Participation in Commencement is March 1.
Students who will meet all degree requirements by the end of the Spring 2013 semester, including all make-up of incompletes, student teaching, internships, and Master’s projects, need to apply to graduate by March 1. Applications submitted after March 1, may delay the processing of your degree conferral and diploma order. All students wishing to apply for their degree and/or participate in Commencement must have already completed 85 credit hours toward their degree (not including current coursework). To apply, visit myRedDragon, select the student tab, select “Graduation and Commencement” link where you will find information and directions.
Students who are completing degree requirements in August or December 2013 and who wish to participate in the May 2013 Commencement ceremonies must also adhere to the March 1 deadline. Please note: Commencement cermeonies are only held in the Spring semester; there are no Fall ceremonies. For more information, please visit the Commencement website.
- Students: Immunization and Health History Requirements
New York State law and SUNY policies require that health history and immunization information be provided to the College by students. Learn more about the requirements on the Student Health Service page. Non-matriculated students and matriculated students must review and complete these requirements.

We support students throughout their lifetime - as current students and alumni - by maintaining the confidentiality, security and integrity of records; providing transcripts and degree completion verification to other institutions and employers; and by providing reliable, objective and equitable support services.
We partner with faculty and staff to maintain and observe academic policy, to develop tools and procedures for guiding degree completion and outcome tracking, and to provide a host of services that supports the diverse needs of Cortland’s academic and community programs. The Office of the Registrar also supports the campus by adhering to federal and state laws and policies regarding record security, confidentiality and reporting.
