Immunization & Health History

Health Services

New York State law and SUNY policy requires that health history and immunization information be provided to the College by students. Both non-matriculated students (visiting students) and matriculated students must review and complete these requirements.

To register to vote in New York, you may obtain a voter registration form by visiting the Campus Activities Corey Office, the SGA Office, the NYPIRG Office, or by downloading a form online.
