Hardware/Software Online Request Form

Be aware that due to the hold placed by the SUNY end-of-year processing some items will not be processed until after April 6.

Wonder where your software request went? Wish you could easily check the status of a request? Are you tired of having to print out all those green sheets? Good news!  CTS is implementing a new online hardware/software ordering system that is going to make things a lot easier. Note that Hardware/Software requests made by Research Foundation employees, for Research Foundation funding (blue paper), trickle-down (pink paper), and reassignment (yellow paper) forms will need to continue to be processed with paper.

You can find scheduled trainings by going to the Tech Help tab in MyRedDragon. You can also contact Julia Morog in Campus Technology Services, and she can help you out with training for a department if the scheduled training times do not work for you. Check out the hardware/software documentation for more information about the system. 

Note:

  • Hardware/Software requests for the Research Foundation, trickle-down, and reassignments will need to continue to be processed with paper.
  • The system currently only works with the Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
