Purpose and Mission
- The Facilities Management unit provides integrated, quality and cost-effective facility services in support of the College community, enabling the campus to fulfill its educational, research, and public service responsibilities.
- The mission of the organization is to plan, design, construct, and maintain safe and highly functional buildings and grounds for SUNY Cortland students, faculty, staff, and guests.
- In addition, the office of Environmental Health and Safety is charged with maintaining a safe and healthful environment to support the campus's mission, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
