While you and your loved ones are the strongest and most important resources for tobacco cessation support, it sometimes helps to come together with others who are facing the same struggle.

Tobacco cessation meetings will be offered once again on campus starting January 29 and running every Tuesday from 3-4 p.m. in Corey Union room 209 until May 7, 2013.  There will be no meeting March 12 because of Spring Break.

"Tobacco Free for Life" cessation classes are also available at Cortland Regional Medical Center. Call the Respiratory Care department for more information at 607-756-3807.
