Faculty/Staff Information

Faculty and staff are invited and strongly encouraged to participate in all of the ceremonies and activities that take place during Commencement weekend.

Faculty and staff presence at the ceremonies will not only provide support for all graduates, but also recognize those students in the Class of 2017 with whom you have had a special association.

Faculty and staff wearing regalia may either march in the ceremonies or serve as marshals.

All faculty and staff are invited to sit in front of the stage for Commencement. Regalia is preferred and will be required for those wishing to march during the processional and recessional. For those members of the faculty and staff who would like to attend, but do not have regalia, a special pass will be provided for access and to the seating area. These passes with entrance and seating instructions will be mailed to your campus address approximately two weeks prior to the ceremonies.

To indicate your participation in Honors Convocation, Undergraduate Commencement (1,2,3) and Graduate Commencement please submit your selections (one form for all ceremonies) through the online registration site- to be posted here in Jan. 2017

Faculty who will not be wearing regalia or marching during the ceremonies should arrive one hour before the ceremony.
