Faculty Biennial 2012: Art and Art History Department
October 30-December 15, 2012

Faculty Biennial 2012 highlights recent work by twelve members of the Art and Art History Department at SUNY Cortland.  The exhibition offers students the opportunity to view work by their mentors, and it gives the campus community and region the chance to contemplate artwork being produced in a wide range of media by members of the Department.  Featured artists include Jeremiah Donovan, Lori Ellis, Charles Heasley, Chad Hovey, Kevin Mayer, Jenn McNamara, Paul Parks, Jaroslava Prihodova, Vaughn Randall, Liz Sharp and Bryan Valentine Thomas.  These artists teach in the areas of art history, ceramics, design, fibers, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and foundation studies.  Kathryn Kramer, who teaches modern and contemporary art history, is also represented in the show by a virtual presentation of her research.
