Get Username

You can commit to attending SUNY Cortland immediately after receiving your acceptance package.

The university’s student portal, myRedDragon, allows you to manage your admissions information, learn more about financial aid and submit your admissions deposit. The Get username button below connects you to a webpage with directions for accessing your online account.

To retrieve your username, you will need your Cortland Identification Number (C-number). This can be found on your acceptance letter from the Admissions Office (example: C00123456).

Accessing student email: Incoming students should gain access to their SUNY Cortland email the first Wednesday of April for students enrolling in fall or the first Wednesday of November for students enrolling in the spring.
