The transcript is the official record of a student's coursework at SUNY Cortland. The transcript provides each course taken per term, the GPA per term and overall, honors received, major(s), minor(s), honors and any degrees earned. In addition to academic information, the transcript will reflect your name while attending the college and the department school and program you were affiliated with.
As part of the comprehensive transcript fee, there is no charge to alumni for transcript ordering when using the standard transcript process. There is a $2.25 school processing fee when using enhanced online services. Students seeking expedited transcripts may also pay additional fees for shipping via FedEx.
Graduating students receive a diploma by mail after degree conferral. If you require an additional or replacement diploma at a later point, you may do so for a nominal fee. Replacement diplomas feature the current academic signatures and officials.
If you are a former Cortland teacher certification student who is pursuing an additional certificate elsewhere, you may need to obtain the program code associated with your program at Cortland.
