All orders for business cards and other official printed College material must adhere to the graphics standards.
Business cards are available to current College faculty and staff for business use only. Personal information, such as home address, home phone or cell phone numbers are only available for individuals who work off campus, such as student teaching supervisors and emeritus faculty and staff.

A file of the one-color letterhead is available from the Marketing Office for use in your division, school, unit, department or program office. One-color letterhead can be replicated on a laser printer, a copy machine or an offset press.
Two-color letterhead may only be obtained through Purchasing. This version contains the "bridge" element. The two-color logo should not be used without the bridge.

The College has developed a specific design for SUNY Cortland name badges. They are a 1 7/16" x 2 15/16" steel badge in white with black lettering and attach to clothing with a magnet. Aluminum badges and pin attachments are available for those who cannot wear magnets or steel.
