eLearning Support

Many of the classes at SUNY Cortland are enhanced by using a course management system. SUNY Cortland uses Blackboard Learn 9.1. eLearning can range from a course being offered completely online to having supplemental class materials posted in an online version. Faculty building courses or an online presence can get help at Design Help located in Memorial Library. The workshop calendar is updated frequently with new training sessions.

Media Equipment - Repair

The Media Services division of CTS coordinates hardware repair for all CTS equipment. They are also able to recommend the most cost effective and reliable vendor to repair departmentally owned equipment if there is a major problem.

Media Systems Design

The Media Services division of CTS can assess media system requirements and recommend, design and install the appropriate system for technology classrooms, multimedia studios/classrooms, television studios and distance learning classrooms, including video systems, audio systems and security systems.
