Andrew Fitz-Gibbon


Dr. Andy Fitz-Gibbon is a philosopher with academic interests in the areas of ethics, nonviolence, love, mysticism and community. He is the author or co-author of six books and fourteen articles and book chapters in peer reviewed volumes. His latest book, Positive Peace, was published in spring 2010, and he is working on a book Love as a Guide to Morals. Andy is an Associate Editor, VIBS, Editions Rodopi, B.V., where he edits the Social Philosophy Series (two books published in 2009 and one due in 2010). He is a fellow of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association, certified in client counseling.
