The History Club is one of SUNY Cortland’s fastest growing organizations on campus! Its goals are to provide a social setting for developing interests in historical topics and to establish a better relationship between faculty and students.
The History Club organizes many yearly events including ice cream socials, faculty/student bowling, and a cemetery cleanup. Read more about the cemetery cleanup on our Community Service page.
We meet once a week to discuss upcoming events and play an exciting game of Jeopardy every meeting! We also take a yearly trip! Past trip locations include New York City, Philadelphia, and Albany.
