20 Strategies for Creating a Caring Classroom and School"

Drawing on his four decades as a psychologist-educator, Dr. Lickona will describe 20 tested strategies that have been used to create caring classrooms and a schoolwide culture that reduces bullying and promotes kindness (applicable K-12).
$75 fee includes lunch and Dr. Lickona's book, Character Matters
Participants will receive a Certificate of clock hours to apply toward in-service credit or continuing education units.

Character Matters includes chapters such as "Prevent Peer Cruelty," "Character-Based Discipline," and "How to Make Your School a School of Character."
