This form provides an easy way to create an email signature that matches the College's email signature format.
The Minimal Signature section below includes all of the information that is required in your email signature. Fill out that section of the form, then add any desired information in the Optional Information for Extended Signature section.
When all information has been added, use the Create Your Email Signature button to complete the process. You can view the result below the Your Email Signature heading. If you included any links, open each one to confirm they were copied correctly.
Once you are satisfied with your email signature, it can be copied into your email client (e.g. Outlook) where you would normally type and save your signature. For help using your email client, please email The Help Center or call 607-753-2500.
