Regardless of your undergraduate major — anything from art to English to the natural sciences — you can pursue our 34-credit master’s degree. Our M.S. degree has three concentrations: Management, Environmental and Outdoor Education, and Therapeutic Recreation.

Therapeutic Recreation Certificate Program

This online program offers graduate-level training comprised of six, three-credit courses that include one general recreation theory course and five content courses structured around the requirements for national certification.

This program allows you to take all six courses to earn a certificate, apply those courses to a full master's program, if desired, or fulfill continuing education requirements.
