New online M.S.T. in Adolescence Education: Math 7-12

Advance your career with a fully online Master of Science in Teaching (MST) focused on teaching secondary mathematics. This program prepares you for New York State certification to teach grades 7–12.

Designed for Future Educators

No prior teaching experience is required. This program is ideal for individuals who hold an undergraduate degree in mathematics or related field and are ready to transition into teaching.

As a full-time student, you can complete the program in eighteen months. Our flexible scheduling also offers the option of pursuing the master's degree over multiple years on a part-time basis.

Flexible and Accessible

All coursework is delivered online, allowing you to attend classes from home. Field experiences, including student teaching, can be completed in New York classrooms close to where you live.

Pathway to Certification

Graduates of the MST in Adolescence Education – Mathematics are eligible for certification to teach secondary mathematics in New York State.
