Program Overview
Gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be an inclusive leader and create an inclusive culture in corporate, public, and community institutions with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Online Graduate Certificate Program. It is a graduate-level program comprised of four, three-credit-hour courses, including:
The general introductory course to diversity and inclusion;Two courses courses on inclusive leadership and diversity management and assessment; One internship course.
