Physical Education Leadership

Physical Education Leadership
Online M.S.Ed. Program

Become a leader in school physical education

If you are currently teaching physical education or if you have completed a bachelor’s degree with teaching certification in the discipline, you may aspire to pursue a leadership position in your school or district. You will advance your school’s goals for physical literacy, improve fitness, promote excellent health and build competitive athletic teams within your student body.

SUNY Cortland’s online graduate program provides the skills to develop curriculum and track the effectiveness of your school’s teachers and programs. You will learn to improve current efforts and move them forward within a school district, make the case for additional resources and even work to advance legislation that can enhance physical education as a profession.

Two program tracks

The M.S.Ed. program offers two program tracks:

  • Physical Education Leadership
