What should I know about the online experience?
SUNY Cortland’s program makes the best features of the in-person classroom experience available to a wider audience in an online format. Our curriculum prioritizes small class sizes, engaging content, meaningful discussions, and highly trained faculty experts. Our synchronous online classes meet once per week in the Fall and Spring semesters at times that are convenient for working professionals. We also offer asynchronous online courses in the Summer term.
How long does it take to complete the program?
Our program is designed to be completed at the pace that works best for you. You can choose to enroll in the program full time (about 3 courses per semester) and finish in two years. Or you can choose to take 1 or 2 courses per semester and finish the program at your own pace within five years
Should I still apply if I missed the application deadline?
