Campus ChampionDrew Abrams, coordinator for outdoor pursuits, has been crucial in the revival of Adirondack Trailblazers, a program that introduces new students to the W.H. Parks Family Center for Outdoor and Environmental Education at Raquette Lake. The opportunity was paused during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a local option in its place. Last year, Abrams brought back the Adirondack experience and he continues to manage logistics for the unique welcome in the wilderness. Abrams believes in helping others access the outdoors.
