Sport Management Graduate Programs

The primary focus of the SUNY Cortland Sport Management Department is to combine the basic principles of a business management curriculum with the unique demands of sport as an enterprise. We offer an M.S. in Sport Management in two different programs: Sport Management (traditional campus delivery) and Sport Management Online.

All of our Sport Management programs have a number of valuable and unique features not available in other sport management graduate programs.

  • Skilled Instructors: Be taught by faculty with terminal degrees (Ph.D, J.D. or Ed.D.) and comprehensive experience in the industry.
  • Flexibility: Complete the program at a pace that works best for you.
  • Focus: Target on a specific area of sport that most interests you.
  • Affordability: Take advantage of a great value at a low cost (additional funding opportunities exist for out-of-state and international students).
  • Career Success: Join our many graduates that are currently employed in the sport industry or in a related field of their choice.
