Campus ChampionC.J., a lovable 2-year-old golden retriever, is the Health Promotion Office’s best friend. The former rescue dog comes to campus every day with his owner, Teri Vigars, assistant director of the Academic Support and Achievement Program. And, for the past three semesters, he has starred in the Health Promotion Office’s Paws for Stress Relief event. Paws for Stress Relief helps students deal with finals week anxiety by bringing friendly dogs and soothing activities to the Corey Union Function Room. The charismatic canine will wag his tail again at this semester’s event, on Dec. 12 and 13.
