For appointments or information

• Masks are still Required for sick visits at Student Health Service.
• The quickest, easiest way to make appointments is to use the Student Health Portal, which you can use to make, view or cancel appointments anytime.
• Phone: 607-753-4811, select option 6 to speak with the triage nurse to make an appointment (or listen to the options for other information); Call us if you don't find an appropriate appointment time on the Student Health Portal.

Please note:

Be sure to cancel any appointment that you are unable to keep.  SHS has instituted a $25 charge for any missed appointments.  You can cancel anytime, 24/7, on the student health portal.  

Why did we do this?  Approximately 10% of our scheduled appointments do not keep them.  Not canceling prevents us from being able to offer those appointment times to other students who need them and then many of those students need to seek care elsewhere.  By canceling your appointment if you are not going to use it, we can offer those times to someone else and save many students a trip to urgent care or the emergency department.
