Summer 2021 Study Abroad Programs Announcement

SUNY Provost Cancels Summer 2021 Study Abroad Programs

We regret to announce that SUNY System Administration has cancelled all Summer 2021 university-sponsored international travel, including for study abroad. This decision, an extension of the suspension enacted in March 2020, was based on continuing concerns about the health and safety of students, faculty, and staff. While studying abroad this summer will not be an option, we invite you to join us for our intercultural and information sessions, where you can learn about other cultures from our wonderful international students, explore future opportunities to travel, and plan your study abroad experience. We are hopeful that studying abroad in the traditional sense will be a reality in the near future, and we look forward to supporting you as you decide how best to fulfill your goals of internationalizing your education.
