Move Phone
For all phone moves, please contact The Help Center (thc@cortland.edu) to open a Technology Move ticket. To update your phone's CallerID/Room-Location, please use the Change Phone form.

Repair Phone
Use this form if you are experiencing an issue with your phone. Examples of this would be no power, no dial tone, dropped calls, hardware issue, etc.
