Core office hours during fall and spring semesters are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Winter and summer session hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Document reviews are available by appointment during academic breaks, including summer and winter sessions.

Drop-in hours (no appointment needed) during academic year (fall/spring excluding academic breaks):

• Resume, cover letter, and personal statement reviews
• Monday through Thursday 1 to 3 p.m. (in person, Van Hoesen Hall, Room B-5, or online in the Career Services Virtual Webex Room, first-come, first-served)
• Please bring a printed copy of your document(s) to in-person appointments

Professional head shot photos: Stop by for a free photo taken in our pop-up studio, taken on your phone, for uploading to online career profiles. Hours are Monday through Thursday 1 to 3 p.m. or other times based on staff availability. Please call 607-753-4715.
