Confidential Document Destruction

The Property Control Office provides safe and secure document destruction services for the campus.  If you would like to learn more about this service or request a pick-up, please contact the Property Control Office at extension 2488.

To submit a Document Destruction Request please fill out and submit the following online form.

Submitting this online form will send a request to Christopher Tucker your campus Records Management Officer to pick up your documents for destruction and also provide a record for audit purposes. 

It is very important that you use the Retention and Disposition Schedules while filling out the document destruction request. The Records Disposition Authorization Number (RDA#) is very important to include in your request.  If you need assistance locating this number please contact me for assistance.
