English Department M.A. Thesis Submission Guidelines

At the conclusion of their studies, all students are required to submit the following documents via email to the M. A. Coordinator. These documents are archived at the MA in English Forms link.

  1. An electronic copy of the thesis in WORD or PDF format, formatted to the specifications outlined in the Thesis Template with a Cover Sheet and Signature Page.
  1. A completed electronic copy of the Master’s Thesis Registration of Completion Form.
  1. A completed electronic copy of the Permission to Copy Form.

Once approved, an electronic copy of your thesis will be published on the Digital Commons @ SUNY Cortland online repository, accessible at this link.
