are being installed out of view to the right of the picture, these workers
are opening up
the "Animal Head staircase on the second floor. The actual stairs
are behind the workers and the animal heads
were on the wall (hidden behind a post) to the extreme left. The view
out the window to the left
is to the north through the window in the corridor outside the Secretary's
Office.
