This is taken from the connection corridor
to Bowers II. The main "Animal Head"
staircase is open on its
south side to the corridor. The steel I-beams are being sand-blasted and
then will be painted to keep the
entire area as open as possible. (The animal heads were on the brick wall
to the left.)
