Mechthild Nagel and Seth Asumah

Mechthild Nagel, Philosophy and Africana Studies departments, and Center for Gender and Intercultural Studies, and Seth Asumah, Africana Studies and Political Science departments, presented a talk at the 2014 National Conference of Black Political Scientists, on March 13 in Wilmington, Del.
