Griffith University is a large university located just south of Brisbane on Australia's Eastern Coast. The University has five campuses. One campus is located on the Gold Coast (approx. 30 minutes from the beach), and the other four campuses are inland, in or near the city of Brisbane. These four campuses enjoy close proximity to the nation's oldest art institution, the Queensland College of Art (QCA) and Australia's largest music school, the Queensland Conservatorium of Griffith University (QCGU). The majority of students attending Griffith University through SUNY Cortland are likely to attend the Gold Coast, Mt. Gravatt or Nathan Campuses, depending on their area of study.

International students are an integral part of Griffith University, and you will find yourself studying in a cosmopolitan setting with students from all four corners of the globe. Griffith offers extensive academic facilities, including state of the art teaching and research laboratories, computer laboratories, extensive library collections, academic support for international students and access to internet and email.

Cortland Students: To ensure that the courses you take abroad will satisfy your degree requirements, you are required to submit he Course Approval Form to the International Programs Office by mid-November for spring term applicants or May 1, for fall term applicants. Non-Cortland students must speak with their home campus study abroad office for information on the course approval process.
Travel Information	Flights are booked by participants. Students will be given specific flight information after application deadline. Students are encouraged to book and travel with other participants. Program Costs	Spring 2013 Budget Tentative and Subject to Change Fall 2013 Budget Tentative and Subject to Change Accepted students will receive an updated budget as a part of their acceptance packet. This program qualifies for an Exchange Award, which can result in considerable savings on the total program cost. The Exchange Award is available to SUNY Cortland students only. Please contact International Programs to obtain an application for the award and an exchange budget for this program.
Program Course Information	You will take 4 courses abroad. Each are worth 4 credits each. Please select at Least SIX Courses and list in order of preference on the Griffith application. Accommodations	Students studying at the Nathan/Mt. Gravatt campuses are required to live On-Campus. Students studying on the Gold Coast Campus are required to live at Griffith University Village. Note: The cost of accomodation is not included in the program fee and participants are responsible for applying, booking, and paying for their accomodation. Accomodation application guidance will be available after acceptance. Students are encouraged to apply early.
