Brendan Lowe is a senior from Merrick, New York, studying Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. He is a dean’s list student, who after graduating, intends on going to get his masters degree to become a Physician Assistant. Throughout his college experience, one of the things Brendan has taken great pride in is his association and involvement with the various aspects of college life. He is an active member of the fraternity Delta Chi, an outfielder for the club baseball team, and has held several positions on the SGA e-board including Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Vice Treasurer, and he currently holds the position of Treasurer. Being a part of these different clubs and organizations has helped him grow as a person both socially and professionally, but none has made a bigger impact on his life than SGA. This organization has truly changed him for the better, whether it be from the relationship he’s developed with the administration, the involvement with the children of the Cortland community he’s had, or the one on one work he’s done with all of the 62 active clubs here on campus. Many people go through life with regrets, but Brendan can proudly say that he has no regrets in what he has done and accomplished in his time at SUNY Cortland, for it has shaped into the leader he is today.
