To promote further understanding and awareness of theories, practices and applications of chemistry in aspects of everyday life. Members do not have to be chemistry or science majors, but should have a genuine interest in chemistry or a related field. The Chemistry Department is a student affiliate chapter of the American Chemical Society. This club provides a focus for students in all areas of chemistry to study together, obtain tutoring services and to socialize. A special Chem Club lab provides working areas and a place for joining in the club activities.
