The Campus Security & Fire Safety Report is published in compliance with United States Code Section 1092 (f) of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Statistics Act and the Code of Federal Regulations. The Advisory Committee on Campus Safety (UPD Advisory Board) will provide upon request all campus crime statistics as reported to the United States Department of Education.
The Crime & Incident Report Form should be used by College officials required to report crimes in accordance with the Campus Security Act. These officials include academic deans, Residence Life & Housing staff (including residence hall directors & residence assistants), Student Conduct Office staff, University Police personnel, Athletics (including coaches), advisors to student organizations and clubs, reporting offices staff and the vice President for Student Affairs staff. Those exempt from crime reporting are pastoral and professional counselors.
