Planning an Event on Campus

The University Police Parking Department coordinates your parking needs for all campus events. Whether your inviting 3 or 3,000 people our department will assist you, so that your guests are able to arrive in a timely and convenient manner.
Please send an e-mail to upd@cortland.edu or call 607- 753-4123 and provide the following information:
Your name;
Name of the event;
Phone number;
E-mail address;
Date of the event
Estimated attendance;
Location of the event;
Any special needs.
* Please note that a large event will require the use of the campus bus system. The event organizer will be responsible for contacting the Transportation Dept.
