The SUNY Cortland Child Care Center is open throughout the year, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Center offers a six-week Summer School Age Program for elementary school children ages 5 to 12. It is also open to children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The College Store in Neubig Hall carries all required textbooks, both new and used, school and computer supplies, as well as clothing, gifts, snacks and sundries. Summer hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The College Store will be open until 6 p.m., on the first two nights of Summer Session I and II. The store will be closed May 24 through May 26 for inventory, May 29 for Memorial Day, and July 3 and 4 for Independence Day.

The Hilltop dining facility will be open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Students residing on campus are not required to purchase a meal plan but are encouraged to use their Connections account. The Connections account can be used in all dining facilities, as well as at participating off campus restaurants and partners. Dining facilities and Connections are managed through the ASC.
Dining services and the ASC Office will be closed May 24 through May 26 for inventory, May 29 for Memorial Day, and July 3 and 4 for Independence Day.

Students who have photo ID cards from the spring or fall semesters at SUNY Cortland may use their cards in the summer. New cards are issued by the ASC Office in Neubig Hall. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To obtain a card, students must be registered and have their college identification number. There is a $10 fee for the card; the fee for replacement cards is $15.
Your ID card is a multifunctional, video-imaged card with electronic verification capability. It provides online access for dining services, vending, library, network print/copy, on-campus laundry service, health service and fitness center access. For on-campus students, the card is also needed for keyless entry to the residence halls.
ID cards are also used to access your Connections account. Connections can be used at on-campus dining facilities, off-campus dining and other partners, the College Store, vending machines, and the Shop24 automated convenience store. During Summer Session, the library is open Monday through Saturday. Specific hours for Summer Session 2017 will be posted here in the Spring.

Students should obtain a parking permit from the Parking Department through myRedDragon, or in person at Van Hoesen Hall, B38, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring your vehicle registration with you. The vehicle registration fee is $27.50 for one Summer Session, or $40 for both sessions. Please call 607-753-4123 with any parking questions.
