Printing your Immunization Records

Instructions for Printing your Immunization Records

If you are a returning/continuing Student:

Option 1: Using Banner

  • Go to the SUNY Cortland home page,
  • Click on myRedDragon
  • Login using your NET ID Username (firstname.lastname)
  • Type in your PIN
  • The myRedDragon Home page will appear
  • Click on the Student tab
  • On right side of the screen, in the Student Accounts box, click on "My Online Accounts".
  • Click on "Personal Information"
  • Click on "View Immunization Records"
  • Select Term, and then click on the "Submit Button".
  • This is a 2 page record, so be sure to PRINT BOTH pages.

 Option 2:  Using Student Health Web Portal (only for students who attended from Spring 2014 semester or later)

  • Login in to MyRedDragon
  • Navigate to the Student page
  • Click on the link to the Student Health Web Portal under Student Health Service on the bottom right of the Student screen
  • Select "Immunizations" on the left main menu
  • Click on "Print" in the upper right corner (near the logout button)


If you have Graduated or are not currently enrolled:

  • Go to the SUNY  Cortland home page,
  • Click on  myRedDragon
  • Click on the 'Student FAQ' tab 
  • Click on the icon  'Students who have Graduated or who are not registered'
  • Click on the  Banner Web link underlined in blue
  • Login with your  C# and PIN
    • If you have  forgotten your PIN, click on the button 'Forgot PIN'
    • It will prompt  you with a hint
    • Type  answer
    • Click  submit
    • Type in New  PIN
    • Re-enter new  PIN
  • You will now be on the Banner Web page for myRedDragon.
  • Click on  "Personal Information" (upper right-hand corner)
  • Click on "View  Immunization Records"
  • Click on the  "Submit Button" (This will bring you to Page #1)
  • Print Page  #1
  • Click "Next Page"  (This will bring you to Page #2)
  • Print Page  #2
