Location and Hours

The Student Health Service is located on the ground floor of Van Hoesen Hall in Room B-26. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 

Clinical service hours during the academic year are:

• 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m. – Walk-in service for acute problems
• Noon-1 p.m. – Nurse service only
• 1-3:30 p.m. – Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner visits by appointment.
• Urgent needs may be seen during these hours.

Clinical service hours for the summer are:

• 9-11 a.m. – Walk-in service for acute problems.
• 1-3 p.m. – Clinician visits by appointment.
• Urgent needs may be seen during these hours.

Summer administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Only students who have paid the Mandatory Health Fee, provided a completed pre-admission health form and shown adequate proof of immunizations are eligible for care at the Student Health Service. For appointments or questions call (607) 753-4811 (ext. 4811 from on-campus phones).
