Fall 2009 classes ends: Friday, December 11
Study Days: Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13
Final exam period: Monday, December 14 - Friday, December 18
The general exam time codes will remain the same: A = 8:00–10:00; B = 10:30–12:30; C = 1:00–3:00; D = 4:00–6:00 and E = 7:00–9:00. There will be three “special or open” exam time slots; day 1 (Mon. 12/14), day 3 (Wed. 12/16), and day 5 (Fri. 12/18) as noted in the chart below. The 5-day exam schedule reduces the number of open time slots, therefore academic departments and faculty wishing to combine exams will need to be mindful of the limited available rooms, enrollment capacities, and potential student conflicts when thinking about scheduling final exams differently than the established schedule.
