PUNCH CARD SYSTEM:

We are using a punch card system; all students, faculty/staff, spouses/dependents and community members are welcome to attend any of the six weekly classes throughout the duration of the session. To ensure the best and most positive experience, it is advisable that students who are brand new to Yoga take several Level 1-2 classes first, to learn and refine basic skills before moving into the Level 2-3 classes. Conversely, "more experienced" students may discover personal benefits from taking Level 1-2 classes.
