Washin-Ryu Karate - Fall 2012
Instructor Todd McAdam is a representative of Master Hidy Ochiai, world renowned martial artist and author. The Washin-Ryu Karate Program is open to beginners and experienced students, faculty/staff and community members, ages 8-65. Participants progress at their own pace while learning the basic principles of self defense, physical fitness, mind/body control, confidence, concentration, relaxation and inner peace. This is an outstanding program with a long credible history at SUNY Cortland.
