All classes offer a non-competitive atmosphere where the safety of each individual is respected. Modifications are offered to allow students to adjust the experience based on their fitness level and needs of that day. Individuals who join the Mind Body Program are invited to participate in as many yoga and meditation classes.

Cost to Join the Mind/Body Program - membership includes unlimited classes!

Students $ 50.00
Faculty/Staff & their spouses/partners/dependents $100.00
Alumni $100.00
Students Per Class Fee  $  5.00
All others Per Class Fee $ 10.00

Memberships can be purchased at the front desk in the Student Life Center using cash, check (made out to SUNY Cortland) or Credit Card.

Consider a combination membership - if you're interested in attending both Mind Body and Group Exercise classes, you might want to take advantage of this opportunity! This membership allows you to participate in any of the Group Exercise Classes as well as the Mind Body classes available throughout the semester. If you choose to purchase the Group Exercise - Mind/Body Combination Membership, you will be eligible to attend all of the Yoga classes offered through the Mind/Body Program - what a deal!

Group Exercise: Mind/Body Combo Membership Prices

Students: $65.00 per semester
Faculty/Staff: $130.00 per semester
